How the prices, colors and measurements on this site are kept current, and where the airline sizes come from.
What we update
Prices, colors and which bags are in stock. When a color stops being offered it leaves the site at the next update, and it comes back on its own when it is offered again. A bag that is not offered right now is never shown with a price.
The catalog was last updated on September 19, 2026. If the price at checkout differs from ours, the checkout price is the one you pay.
What we measure and how
Capacities, outside measurements, weights and laptop sizes come from our own product data. Measurements are taken by hand on an empty bag and can be off by a centimeter or two; a packed bag is a little bigger. We print them in inches and centimeters.
Where the airline sizes come from
The personal item and carry-on sizes on the size check are the numbers each airline prints on its own baggage page, read on September 19, 2026. Where an airline prints no number, we say so instead of guessing. Airlines change these rules and decide at the gate.
Photos
Every photo shows our own bags. Pictures with slogans, arrows or size charts printed over them are left off the site, and we say when a prop in a photo, such as a keychain charm, does not come with the bag.
